Andrew qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in London before joining Helical Bar plc as Head of Asset Management. He went on to become Managing Director of an AIM-listed development company. He joined RS & Co in 2003 with responsibility for agency and investment and is a co-founder of Drive Group. His professional commitments have included sitting on the Central London Committee of the RICS and working party involvement with the British Property Federation.
Paul Johnson

Paul qualified as a Chartered Surveyor whilst working in the property management department of Mayfair-based Grant & Partners. In the early 1990s he set up Johnson Barnes which then merged with niche motor retail practice RS & Co. Paul specializes in landlord and tenant matters as well as property management and is a private investor in commercial and residential property. He is a co-founder of Drive Group.

Richard Stephens

Richard qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1992 whilst working in the City and has extensive experience in advising institutional and corporate Clients on professional, acquisition and development matters throughout the UK. He joined RS & Co in 1993 and is responsible for valuations, rent reviews, lease renewals and rating advice. Richard is an RICS Registered Valuer and is a co-founder of Drive Group.

Robert Stephens

Robert worked at construction multi-national AMEC before taking a degree in Estate Management. He qualified as a Chartered Surveyor whilst in private practice in Mayfair and set up RS & Co in 1992. Robert has worked with a range of motor manufacturers, including Mercedes Benz, Volkswagen and Hyundai and has been responsible for locating and developing some of the most prominent motor trade sites in the UK. He is a co-founder of Drive Group.
